Our studio is in Bashundhara, Dhaka. Around 70% of our clients are in Bangladesh; the rest are spread across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and the US. We work across sectors — D2C, fintech, F&B, real estate, EdTech and non-profits.

Eight full-time specialists — a creative director, brand designers, motion + video artists, marketers, a content strategist and a full-stack developer. Every project is led by a senior; nothing is farmed to interns.

Yes. Projects run on a 50% deposit + 50% on handover model by default. Larger projects (BDT 3L+) can be split into three milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer and international wire.

Prices shown are before VAT and applicable taxes. Bangladesh clients: 15% VAT is added where applicable and a valid Mushak invoice is issued. International clients are invoiced in USD/AED and are responsible for local taxes.

Yes — after the initial 3-month commitment, cancel any month with 30 days' notice. No exit fee. The 3-month floor exists because meaningful brand and marketing work needs at least that long to compound.

You book a free 30-min discovery call. Within 72 hours we send a scoped proposal with deliverables, timeline and payment plan. Once signed and the deposit is in, kickoff happens within 5 working days on a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel.

Every deliverable includes up to 3 rounds of revisions — no upsells for minor tweaks. Complete direction changes after a milestone approval are quoted separately, honestly.

Starter revisions: 48 hours. Growth: 24 hours. Scale: same-day. New project kickoffs land within 5 working days. Rush delivery (48h for a full project) is a +30% add-on.

A dedicated Slack (or WhatsApp for smaller projects) channel with your account lead and the working team. Weekly async updates every Friday. Bi-weekly Zoom for Growth/Scale retainers.

For very small scopes (single social post, quick edit) we sometimes bundle them into a mini-package or one-off retainer. If we can't help profitably, we happily refer you to a trusted freelancer — no ghosting.

We don't guarantee ROAS numbers — anyone who does is lying. We do guarantee our craft: creative, targeting, funnels and reporting all delivered on time. Our track record is a 3.2× average lead lift across retainer clients.

You do. Ad accounts are set up under your business manager from day one. All creatives and source files transfer to you after final payment.

You do. Once the final invoice is paid, all deliverables, source files and intellectual property transfer to you. We only keep the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you specifically ask us not to.

Yes, gladly — for any project. We also carry a standard mutual NDA we can share if you don't have your own.

We hold ourselves to an on-time-or-free promise: miss an agreed deadline for reasons on our side and the next milestone is on the house. For quality disagreements, we rework until the deliverable meets the signed-off brief.
